Executive Summary
A commitment to sound health, peace, human rights and human capital promotion, concern for persons: Women, Children, Youths, People with disability, families and community that is directed towards Integral Human Development propels the formation of Community Development Initiatives (CDI) established in August, 1999. CDI is a civil society, non-governmental organization, and non-religious and not- for-profit organization.
Leadership And Diversity
The organization have a seven-Man Board-Of-Trustees (BOT) drawn from a spectrum of scholars, civil society workers with demonstrable attributes in the area of public policy, intellectual and practical contribution to democratic and community development. The coordinating team is the managerial level and it’s constituted by graduates and specialists in politics of developing countries and community/rural work.

CHILD AND FAMILY PROGRAM
Honourable Commissioner for Youths and Sports Ogun State. Hon. Dr. Kehinde Oluwadamilare came calling on award day for our Football Club.
CLIMATE CHANGE AND ENVIRONMETAL HEALTH
We recognize the urgent need to address climate change and safeguard environmental health, actively engaging in initiatives that promote sustainable practices, mitigate the impacts of climate change, and protect our precious ecosystems for the well-being of present and future generations.
PEACE BUILDING , CONFLICT TRANSFORMATION, COMMUNITY MOBILIZATION AND COHESION BUILDING
Our organization is committed to fostering peace building, conflict transformation, community mobilization, and cohesion building, working hand in hand with communities to create harmonious, inclusive, and resilient societies where every individual’s voice is heard and valued.
AGRICULTURAL PROMOTION
Through sustainable agricultural practices and innovative solutions, we aim to promote food security, empower farmers, and foster environmental stewardship for a thriving and resilient agricultural sector.
CARE FOR AGED
We are dedicated to providing compassionate care and support for the elderly, ensuring their well-being, dignity, and quality of life as they age gracefully within a nurturing and inclusive community.

Reproductive Health
We have been giving lectures in schools, clubs and some youth groups across Ijebu-East, Ogun Waterside, Ijebu North-East, Ijebu-North, Odogbolu and Sagamu Local Government Areas of Ogun State. total three thousand four hundred and sixteen (3,416) adolescence aged between 10 and 19 years have benefited from this program.
HIV/AIDs Program
We do home based care and make referrals as well as HIV Counseling and Testing. We have formed HIV/AIDS Crusaders Club in three secondary schools. A total of twelve thousand seven hundred and two people have benefited from this program (12,702).
Malaria Program
Since year 2009, we have worked with Society for Family Health to reduce the scourge of malaria fever. We have worked in Ogun Waterside, Ijebu-East, Ijebu North-East and Ijebu-North Local Governments on this program. A total nineteen thousand, one hundred and eighteen (19,118) people have benefited from the program.
TB Program
Our real TB intervention program started with support from Association for Reproductive and Family Health (ARFH) and continues with Health Alive Foundation (HAF). A total of one thousand and forty-four people (1,044) have benefited from this program.
Our Team
The coordinating team comprises of the Executive Director, Program Manager, Senior Program Officers, Accountant, M&E officer, Researchers and program animators (Officers). They are responsible for the management functions, ensuring accountability and transparency in the organization activities. For effective operation of the organization is the Project Monitoring Committee (PMC).
We’ve Reached over 50,000 People
We are capable of rendering our services anywhere in the country as we have carried out projects in Ibadan, Ogun state, Oyo State, Igbekoda, Ilutitun and Okitipupa, all in Ondo State as well as Abuja.
